Theses that are available online can be accessed via each catalogue record (as linked below) and most online theses can be browsed by discipline via the Research Repository.

To browse those available in the Research Repository, go to Arts Theses and Dissertations / Thesis Discipline (scroll to bottom of column on left), and navigate to Spanish.
