Journal articles are a useful way to find very current comment on legal issues. 

  • If you have found or been given a citation for a journal article follow the steps in the diagram below

Finding Law Journals

  • If you don't have a citation, do a subject search on a journal index to find references to articles from many different journals. 
  • Then use the catalogue to find the print and electronic titles of journals held by the Library
  • Look at the 'cases noted' field in Briefcase to see where the case has been written about.
  • Anything else?
