Browsing DVDs and CDs in the library

The Māori and Pasifika DVDs and CDs in the Macmillan Brown Library are located on shelves on the right as you enter the Aotearoa Room. Please feel free to browse and borrow anything you like. From hit movies like 'Whale Rider" and "Sione's Wedding" to recordings of classic TV programmes like "Waka Huia" and CDs of vintage waiata and kapa haka performances.

Don't have any retro tech to play them on?  No problem - we have a plug-in DVD/CD player you can use, either with your own laptop (as long as it has a USB port) or with the UC computers in the Library. (We have headphones too.) Just ask at the Macmillan Brown Library front desk.
