Citing Primary Sources

Primary sources are cited using standard abbreviations from the Oxford Classical Dictionary. The first link below takes you to the abbreviations page; scroll down to “Part B. Authors and books.” The second link explores the range of abbreviations that occur in the literature

  • stores details about your references
  • imports details directly from databases
  • creates citations in thousands of styles
  • automatically formats your bibliography in Word
