This bibliography builds on research completed for a master's project in 2001.
The focus is on published works and theses related to New Zealand's Official Information Act 1982 (OIA).
A few entries focus on the local government equivalent (LGOIMA) and some work also relates to government recordkeeping practices, a key component of any effective access system.
Many of the more recent works will be available online while some older New Zealand content may be harder to source. I have more recently added references from before 1982, including some related to the various Freedom of Information bills from the 1970s, to provide some more historical context.
As of 2020 I have taken a pause on adding more recently published material to focus on archival resources from the Alexander Turnbull library and Archives NZ.
The attempted reference style is APA and the list has been compiled using EndNote software.
