All physical items listed in Kā Kohika can only be viewed in the Macmillan Brown Library. You must register as an archives user to view any material.  Here is the information on how to register.

It is useful to log in before you begin searching. Click on the title of the item you are interested in. Click on request

Specify the date you would like to view the item:

Your material will be ready to view after 12pm on the day you requested it for.

If you are not logged in already, you will then be prompted to log in now (if you’re not yet registered you will need to register now).

When you have made your request, you will see a confirmation message.

If there are any issues with your request, the staff will contact you.

Remember to bring in photographic identification when you come to the library.

Some material is not able to be requested online, please contact the library if you are unable to make a request.

Restrictions on access or use may apply to some material.  Staff will advise you on whom to contact for permission to access and/or use material.

If items are restricted because of their condition, the Library will endeavour to provide a preservation copy for access.
