OpenGrey discontinued in 2020, the content is available from a the DANS EASY data archive.
Google Scholar - a useful source of grey literature, however, it shouldn't be relied upon as the only source of grey literature for systematic reviews.

Conference proceedings can be found via several Library databases. In Medline add a subject search for Congress to your topic search. Scopus and PsycINFO also contain some conference proceedings.
