Help with copyright

The Library manages educational copyright licences in use at UC. Library staff can provide advice in interpreting licences and law, so copyright is not infringed. The Library provides help on copyright for research and teaching, including negotiating copyright permissions or checking allowances.

Works made available on the University of Canterbury network should comply with the Copyright Act 1994, or with any obligations imposed by licence or contract. If you believe a work is breach of those obligations, please notify the University:
