Complete the ServiceNow form and you will be emailed the download link and access code, along with instructions for installing EndNote on your own device.

The Library provides some modified and additional Filters and Styles.
Note that any zipped files need to be 'unzipped' i.e. right-click and choose the extract command. Copy these files to your EndNote file folder location.
If you just need the APA 7th style, note that this is not 'zipped'. Just save it into your styles folder.

These instructions refer to installation of EndNote 21 on your own PC or laptop – they assume Windows 10 or later version. Mac users should consult the information about using EndNote on a Mac.
Before you start installation
Always back up your EndNote libraries before doing anything major with EndNote.
Ensure Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is closed.
If you have an earlier version of EndNote, you don't need to uninstall it, although it is recommended. The new version will override the old one and you will not lose all your EndNote Library/Libraries saved in the old version.
If you have a version earlier than X9.3 then 21 will change your file format, you will end up with a new copy of your library with the name 'converted' in it. The original library remains.
Using Office
EndNote 21 is compatible with Microsoft Office. See the EndNote site for up-to-date details on compatibility.
Installation freezing at Direct Import helper Stage
We have recently encountered this a few times with Windows 10. Have a look at the notes here. Before following these instructions, check whether EndNote did partly install. If so, uninstall it.
1. click on Request EndNote Access. Authenticate yourself. Fill out the Service now form
2. Click on your request
3. Click in download and install EndNote from Clarivate webste
4. Download EndNote for Windows
5. Once Downloaded, you can install the software by double clicking on the downloaded file.
6. Click on Next.
7. Copy and Paste the Product key from your browser window from step 3 above. click Next.
8. Click on Accept the license agreement and then click on Next
9. Select the typical installation type and click on next
10. Allow EndNote to be installed.
12. Click on Finish. EndNote is now installed.
